A 29-year-old Serbian glamour model has spent over $148,000 (£111,000+) chasing what she calls the “world’s biggest behind” — and the internet can’t stop talking about it. But it’s not her extreme curves that have everyone stunned. It’s the photos of her before the surgeries.
Natasha Crown, a 6’1” model, began her transformation journey over a decade ago. What started as a teenage fascination with exaggerated curves has turned into one of the most extreme body modification stories online.
From Athletic Teen to “Curvy Goddess”
Natasha says her obsession began at 17 when she saw a girl with an unusually large backside. “When I was 17, I saw a girl with a really big behind, and I was sold,” she revealed.
By age 20, she had her first cosmetic procedure. Over the following years, she underwent five Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs), multiple breast implant surgeries, and regular Botox treatments. She claims to have added roughly 100 lbs (45 kg) of fat to her lower body alone through the procedures.
Her goal? Simple and unapologetic:
“I love having big curves. Everything needs to be big.”
The Photos That Broke the Internet
While Natasha proudly shares her current enhanced figure, it was her old photos that suddenly went viral.
People were shocked by how different — and how naturally beautiful — she looked before the surgeries. The contrast between her athletic, fresh-faced younger self and her current dramatically altered appearance has sparked intense debate.
Many viewers admitted they preferred the “before” version, with comments flooding in:
- “She was gorgeous before… I wish she knew how beautiful her natural self was.”
- “Delusion at its finest.”
- “The doctors should have their licenses revoked.”
- “Mental illness takes many forms.”
Others expressed sympathy, saying they felt sorry for her while acknowledging it was ultimately her choice.
Life With the “World’s Largest Backside”
Natasha has been open about the practical realities of her extreme figure. She says she needs two seats when flying and often bumps into people in restaurants. She has also claimed that her body shape “scares men.”
Despite the stares in public and harsh online comments, she insists it doesn’t bother her:
“When I’m out, people stare. Online, people are mean, but it doesn’t affect me. I don’t have any concerns about my health.”
She has repeatedly said she has no plans to stop:
“I love surgery and I will keep going.”
The Serious Risks No One Can Ignore
Medical experts have repeatedly warned about the dangers of BBL procedures — especially when performed multiple times. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, BBL has one of the highest fatality rates of any cosmetic surgery, primarily due to the risk of fat embolism (where fat enters the bloodstream and blocks vital organs).
Other risks include fat necrosis, infection, and unsatisfactory results from over-filling. Multiple procedures compound these dangers significantly.
The Bigger Conversation
Natasha Crown’s story has reignited debates about body image, plastic surgery addiction, and the influence of social media on extreme cosmetic procedures. While some defend her right to do whatever she wants with her body, others worry that stories like hers glamorize dangerous and potentially life-altering choices.
Whether you see her as a confident woman living her dream or a cautionary tale, one thing is clear: her “before” photos have made more people stop and think than her current figure ever did.
